Wales & West Housing have chosen Brenig Construction to partner with them to help deliver 6,000 new affordable homes in Wales over the next 10 years.
We're thrilled as only 8 contractors were selected for this pioneering project, worth £500 million, from a list of 40 companies.
The contact will benefit Wales by:
- Delivering 600 new affordable homes across Wales each year
- Creating 500 apprenticeships & training opportunities
- Putting £2.5 million back into local communities
It’s the first time Housing Association has entered into such a contract in a bid to solve the housing crisis in Wales.
